Gehl Foods in Germantown, WI is hiring a Utility Technician for the AWS 3rd shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). The role focuses on operating and maintaining plant utility systems, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment.

You will document daily logs, assist with safety compliance, and participate in emergency response. We offer on-demand pay, quarterly bonuses up to 6%, full benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years industrial maintenance experience, ideally with water systems, boilers and HVAC.
• Ability to read work orders, manuals, blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Independent thinker with strong mult-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant utility systems including boilers, HVAC, and ammonia refrigeration.
• Keep logs of daily operating conditions and monitor system performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, refrigeration and related equipment.
• Participate in emergency response procedures for ammonia safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, PSM and GMP requirements.
• Perform additional duties as needed and support other team members.
