Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking a Utility Technician for the AWS 3rd shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). The role focuses on operation and maintenance of plant utility systems, including boilers, steam, ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and water/sewer systems.

You will log daily conditions and support safety compliance. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical skills and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• 3 years industrial maintenance experience, ideally with water systems, boilers and/or HVAC.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot diverse equipment.
• Ability to read work orders, manuals, blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and operate plant utility systems (boilers, steam, ammonia refrigeration, water/sewer, HVAC, pumps).
• Keep daily logs of operating conditions and dosages for cooling towers and boilers.
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, ammonia refrigeration, cooling towers, air compressors and related controls.
• Assist in ammonia safety procedures and OSHA/PSM documentation.
