Job summary

Gehl-Food- seeks an Associate Maintenance Technician for the AWS Third Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in Germantown, WI. You will perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment under supervision, building technical skills and contributing to uptime.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, basic math and computer skills, and strong teamwork. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic math, computer, and documentation skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs
• Help conduct equipment trial runs and ensure proper operation
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate work logs
• Support team efforts to minimize downtime
• Follow safety standards and GMP guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned
