Join Our Team as a Utility Technician

Hi-Speed Industrial Service is seeking dedicated Utility Technicians to support our growing team. This entry- to mid-level position provides hands-on experience in an industrial environment, working alongside skilled technicians to maintain safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare electric motors, pumps, and equipment for service or repair
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and organizing tools and parts
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace through general shop housekeeping
• Support technicians with basic mechanical tasks such as disassembly and transporting parts
• Deliver parts or equipment to vendors or customers as needed
• Manage inventory checks and organize stock and shipments
• Follow safety protocols and report concerns promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in a shop, warehouse, or industrial setting preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Interest in advancing to a skilled technician role
