Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead the Utility Team in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient food and beverage operations. You will supervise daily utility activities, coordinate supplies, and foster a high-performing team environment.

Preferred candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication and organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Utility Team Associates during assigned shifts.
• Review weekly cleaning and setup checklists.
• Monitor cleaning equipment condition and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Lead pre-shift huddles and communicate daily objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate activations for events as needed.
