Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to support fast-paced construction operations across North America. The role involves operating loaders and other equipment, performing groundwork, and ensuring safety and efficiency of utility systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prefer experience with utility systems, reading manuals, and working under safety policies. The position emphasizes teamwork and adherence to health and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred; mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; strong communication is important.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
