Job summary

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Utility Steward to keep our kitchens and dining areas spotless and welcoming. You’ll help ensure every guest experience is bright by delivering clean serviceware, maintaining order, and supporting event setups.

As part of a global hospitality leader, you’ll train newer teammates, follow health and safety regulations, and contribute to a warm, efficient team culture that elevates every stay.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal.
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise with new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
