Job summary

Hilton in Dallas, TX is seeking a Utility Steward to keep serviceware spotless and support banquet operations, delivering the light and warmth of hospitality to guests and teammates.

In a fast-paced kitchen and dining area, you’ll monitor stock, maintain cleanliness, assist events, train newer stewards, and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards to help make every stay memorable.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and organized for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal.
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise with new stewards to improve team performance.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
