Responsabilités

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils; scrub pots and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels; keep supplies organized for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness; mop floors and remove trash.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
