Job Description - Utility Steward - Hilton Salt Lake City Center (HOT0BORS)

Come join our team at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, located just a two-minute walk from the Salt Palace Convention Center and about a half-mile from the City Creek Center Mall and Temple Square.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability. Rotating shifts throughout the week.

Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils
• Scrub pots and pans
• Polish silverware
• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Perform cleaning duties like mopping and trash removal
• Transport and store clean serviceware
• Train other stewards as needed
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for events
