We are looking for contractors for Data Entry and Web research positions! Fully remote and paid in USD. Join one of the biggest cloud computing companies in the life science industry!

As a contractor, you will become a top data steward with one of the biggest cloud computing companies in the life science industry. Your main task will be performing phone calls verifying and updating already available data based on guidelines.

What You Will Do

• Join a paid 10 days training to get familiar with guidelines on how to perform phone calls based on guidelines
• Gather data via phone calls
• Follow clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Become comfortable with medical terms, such as Health Care Providers, Pharmacies and Life Sciences Experts
• Be part of an international data steward network of contractors for OpenData

Requirements

• Personal computer/laptop with Operating Systems:
• Windows: Windows 10, version 22h2 (or newer versions, e.g. Windows 11)
• Mac OSX: Big Sur (or newer versions, e.g. Ventura, Monterey)
• Installed and running antivirus software - recommended: Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes and Avira (free options) or Norton or McAfee (both costs associated); mandatory to both Windows and Mac users
• Fluent in Polish and English - at least C2 or equivalent level in both reading and speaking skills
• Typical work week is 40 hours
• Availability during the entirety of the standard healthcare business hours of Poland Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm CET
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to reference and compare database records from sources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents & Spreadsheets
• Fast learner
• Be able to deliver high-quality data by set KPIs
