Come join our team at this amazing property, centrally located in the heart of Vancouver Washington with easy access to Portland International Airport. Featuring 226 rooms, the hotel is within walking distance to the gorgeous waterfront as well as to local bustling attractions such as the Vancouver Farmers Market (directly across the street from the hotel!), making us an excellent base for both leisure and business travel.

What will I be doing?

As a Steward, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
2. Scrub pots and pans.
3. Burnish, de-tarnish and polish silver.
4. Stock and maintain supplies and equipment.
5. Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping, and removing trash.
6. Transport and store service ware.
7. Train other stewards, as needed.
8. Prepare and place clean service ware for events and functions.

The hourly rate for this full-time position is $20.91.
