Utility Steward/Dishwasher - Hilton San Diego Bayfront (Finance)

Located above San Diego Bay, near the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park, Hilton San Diego Bayfront offers a vibrant workplace with an award-winning culture. We are seeking to add Utility Stewards/Dishwashers to our team, offering a friendly environment, competitive benefits, career growth, and the Go Hilton travel discount program. Free meals during shifts are also provided.

A flexible schedule including mornings, nights, late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Starting wage: $25.30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
• Scrub pots and pans.
• Burnish, de-tarnish, and polish silverware.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including mopping and trash removal.
• Transport and store clean serviceware.
• Train other stewards as needed.
• Prepare and organize clean serviceware for events and functions.
