What will I be doing?

As a Steward, you will be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware, supporting our commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability. Your tasks include:

1. Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils.
2. Scrubbing pots and pans.
3. Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silverware.
4. Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment.
5. Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal.
6. Transporting and storing clean service ware.
7. Training other stewards as needed.
8. Preparing and arranging clean service ware for events and functions.
