Front Office Supervisor - DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene (Finance)

The DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our team! Located near the convention center in downtown Abilene, this new property features 200 guest rooms, 23,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets: two restaurants, a marketplace, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assign work and oversee daily tasks in Front Office operations to ensure excellent guest service and profitability.
  2. Manage guest check-in/check-out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, and room availability.
  3. Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
  4. Support team members in guest interactions and training.
  5. Schedule shifts, lead pre-shift meetings, and evaluate team performance.
  6. Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic.

Shift: Must be able to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
