Located across the street from the Abilene Convention Center in downtown, among restaurants and businesses. Features the culinary experiences of The Smokehouse Abilene, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, creating unforgettable dishes for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook III, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items, including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings. Your tasks include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and standards
• Preparing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen for quality and presentation
• Practicing proper food handling and storage according to regulations
