Job description

We are an award-winning employer seeking a Utility Steward/Dishwasher to play a key role in kitchen operations within our luxury senior living residence. You’ll support our culinary team by maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, China and glassware, and flatware, as well as the back-of-house work area. You’ll also handle special projects, which may include helping in our restaurants if required. This position is part-time, Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 2:00pm-10:00pm. Holiday availability required.

The hourly base wage range is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly base wage paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, geographic location and market changes. The position is also eligible to participate in Mather benefit plans andEmployee Appreciation Fund.

Hourly Pay Range

$17.25 - $18 USD

The Mather includes 240 independent living apartment homes, as well as assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and rehabilitation services, along with multiple restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, gardens, and more.
