The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication in Dutch and English, and a Master's degree or equivalent experience. Qualifications

• Skilled in identifying business requirements and understanding customers’ business processes.
• A strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn about the Utilities market.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings during project phases.

Responsibilities

• Act as a link between Business and IT for CRM, Finance, Billing, etc.
• Manage customer expectations and translate requirements into application solutions.
• Attend workshops and meetings with customers onsite.
