Job summary

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority in Arizona seeks a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years in communications, systems, and customer service management. The role focuses on coordinating workorders across multiple utility departments, using SAP, and delivering reliable service to customers.

The candidate will help plan maintenance, generate regular performance reports, and assist in evaluating and improving operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with 2–3 years in communications, computer systems, and customer service management.
• Experience in statistical work and use of SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Navajo language ability is preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workloads, personnel, and resources for capital, operational, and maintenance workorders; notify and settle workorders with utility departments using SAP.
• Direct Meter Readers and Electric, Water, Wastewater, and Natural Gas department service orders.
• Review notifications, diversions, defective meters, and other faults; coordinate investigations with relevant departments.
• Assist with planning requirements and timeframe estimations for maintenance work by Activity Groups.
• Create and review weekly/monthly reports and summaries; suggest actions to improve service and performance.
• Provide excellent service and information on utility orders to customers; distribute reports to management and foremen.
• Communicate changes to work orders across supervisors and departments; perform other duties as assigned.
