Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in communication systems.
• 2–3 years' experience in comprehensive computerized systems.
• 2–3 years' experience in computer systems.
• 2–3 years' experience in customer service management.
• 2–3 years' experience in statistical work.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Navajo speaking is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workloads, personnel, and resources for work orders and settlements using SAP.
• Coordinate activities and work orders for Meter Readers and various departments.
• Review notifications and reports on diversions, faulty meters, and faults; coordinate investigations.
• Assist with planning requirements and timeframe estimates for maintenance work.
• Create and review weekly/monthly reports and schedule reviews to evaluate performance and improvements.
• Provide excellent service and information on utility service orders to customers.
• Distribute reports and statistical data to management and foremen.
• Communicate with supervisors to maintain information flow and notify departments of changes to work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
