Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Solar Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects from mobilization through energization and commercial operation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating multiple trades and enforcing safety standards on busy sites in Austin, NY, SF, and Seattle. You will manage integrated schedules, track progress and cost, and ensure safety, quality and schedule performance across civil, racking, PV, inverter and

Qualifications

• Experience managing utility-scale solar or storage construction.
• Delivery from mobilization through commercial operation.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, RFI and change orders.
• Ability to manage multiple scopes against an integrated critical path.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, civil crews, electrical trades and vendors.
• Aim to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Build and manage integrated schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate civil, structural, PV, inverter, BESS, substation and gen-tie activities.
• Identify schedule slippage and implement recovery plans.
• Maintain project safety plans across all contractors.
• Provide clear reporting to project leadership.
• Identify procurement risks involving long-lead equipment.
