Job summary

STV Incorporated in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Utility Coordinator to oversee utility coordination and relocation for NCDOT and municipal projects. You will manage utility conflicts, meet with stakeholders, and QA/QC relocation packages using MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel may be occasional; full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• 1–3 years experience in MicroStation v8i and/or OpenRoads Designer software.
• Knowledge of NCDOT Utilities Accommodation Manual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop utility relocations strategies and coordinate removal, relocation and modification of utilities.
• Interpret highway plans and drainage summaries to identify utility impacts.
• Schedule and conduct utility meetings with NCDOT, utility owners and contractors.
• QA/QC of utility relocation packages and plans for submittals.
