Job summary

STV Incorporated, based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Utility Coordinator to oversee relocation of water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecom utilities for DOT and municipal projects. You will interpret plans, identify conflicts, and coordinate relocations prior to construction.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and 1-3 years using MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer; ProjectWise knowledge is a plus. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Must hold a valid state driver's license with a clean record.
• 1-3 years experience in MicroStation v8i and/or OpenRoads Designer.
• Knowledge of ProjectWise software preferred.
• This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop utility relocations strategies and coordinate removal, relocation, and modification of utilities.
• Interpret highway plans and specs to identify impacts and coordinate solutions.
• Coordinate with NCDOT, utility owners, and contractors; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Prepare and QA/QC environments with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer output.
• Ensure compliance with FHWA, NCDOT, and applicable regulations.
