Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a Utility Client. The role will coordinate project development activities, manage documentation, and facilitate stakeholder discussions to build approval packages for large-scale infrastructure investments.

Emphasis is on initiation, planning, and documentation rather than execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a large portfolio of projects while ensuring all information is properly developed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5–15 years of project management, capital planning, utility operations, or program development experience
• Experience developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and project approval documentation
• Experience coordinating project activities, meetings, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project
• Utility industry experience and knowledge of the New England regulatory environment
