Job summary

Metro Engineering Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout, working onsite in Lansing three days per week with remaining days eligible for remote work.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clients and regulatory stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met while mentoring field staff and delivering status reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or General Business.
• 5+ years of project management and utility experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

MES is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure that scope, schedule, and budget expectations are met or exceeded. This position requires working onsite in our Lansing office three days per week, with the remaining days eligible for remote work.
