Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of underground utilities/site development experience.
• 2+ years of foreman experience in civil site work.
• Strong knowledge of pipe work and utility installation.
• Willingness to operate machinery and perform labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew and manage project setups and layouts.
• Oversee safety and quality assurance on site.
• Coordinate with customers and ensure timely completion of tasks.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Your schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 7 AM start time (based on project need). Full Time Position

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION UTILITY PROJECT FOREMAN:

As a key player in our team, your days will be a dynamic blend of leadership and hands‑on involvement. Picture yourself orchestrating civil site work and underground utilities, ensuring seamless project management, and providing skilled operating services when the need arises. Your role extends beyond the blueprints, where you lead a small crew, manage project setups, layouts, and foster quality assurance and customer relations. Safety is your priority, and your watchful eye ensures that our projects meet the highest standards.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A CONSTRUCTION UTILITY PROJECT FOREMAN:

• 5+ years of experience in Underground utilities/ site development experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in Civil Site Work
• Strong knowledge of pipe work and utility installation
• Willingness to operate machinery and perform labor as needed
