Stuart Contractors LLC is looking for a dynamic full-time Civil Site Project Foreman to join our PG County team. Pay starts at $30.00/Hr based on experience, with great benefits and travel pay after 90 days.

You will lead civil site work, oversee underground utilities, and manage layouts and project setups with a small crew. Safety and customer relations are emphasized to meet high quality standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Site Development.
• 2+ years of Foreman experience in Civil Site Work.
• Willingness to operate machinery and perform labor as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project setups, layouts, and quality assurance.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Your schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 7 AM start time.

As a key player in our team, your days will be a dynamic blend of leadership and hands-on involvement. Picture yourself orchestrating civil site work and underground utilities, ensuring seamless project management, and providing skilled operating services when the need arises. Your role extends beyond the blueprints, where you lead a small crew, manage project setups, layouts, and foster quality assurance and customer relations. Safety is your priority, and your watchful eye ensures that our projects meet the highest standards.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOREMAN:

• 5+ years of experience in Site Development
• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in Civil Site Work
• Willingness to operate machinery and perform labor as needed
• Reliable transportation
