Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, is seeking Utility Operators to support operations. Shift options include alternating two-days-on/two-days-off and three-days-off patterns to cover production needs.

You will perform visual, in-process and final inspections, operate and troubleshoot various machines, and work with SAP while loading/unloading products and cleaning presses at run end. This role requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer.
• 6 months+ of production operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria.
• Work in a fast-paced physical environment; operating, optimizing and troubleshooting a variety of machines.
• Communicate and work effectively with team members.
• Work with computers and SAP.
• Operate palletizer and wrapper.
• Load and unload product.
• End of run cleaning of production presses, which requires safety control lock training.
