Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks a Utility Operator at our New Richmond, Wisconsin location to support manufacturing operations and quality procedures.

Shifts are 12-hour rotating days (5am–5pm). The role involves operating and troubleshooting presses, palletizers, wrapper machines, and material handling while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• 6 months+ of production operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria.
• Operate, optimize and troubleshoot a variety of machines.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members.
• Work with computers and SAP.
• Operate palletizer and wrapper.
• Load and unload product.
• End-of-run cleaning of production presses with safety lock training.

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Utility Operators to support operations.

Shift Options:

12 Hour Rotating Days, 5am – 5pm (D2 shift)

One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.

What You Will Do

• Perform visual, in-process and final of parts per quality criteria
• Work in a fast-paced physical environment; operating, optimizing and troubleshooting a variety of machines
