Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Production Operators for our New Richmond, Wisconsin location to join our manufacturing team. You will contribute to creating high-quality products that meet customer needs and support ongoing production operations.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour or commensurate with experience, stable hours, a full benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off.

Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in manufacturing.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria
• Access, read, comprehend, and follow operator’s guide and work instructions
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts
• Report to your workstation at the agreed upon time
• Complete all documentation accurately using good documentation practices
• Other duties as assigned
