Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, located in New Richmond, WI, seeks a Utility Operator to support production. You will perform in-process and final inspections, operate, optimize and troubleshoot various machines, and work with team members.

The role requires the ability to use SAP, load/unload product, and perform end-of-run cleaning with safety training. Shift is 12-hour days (5am-5pm) with rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• 6 months+ of production operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspections of parts per quality criteria.
• Operate, optimize and troubleshoot a variety of machines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and work effectively with team members.

• Operate palletizer and wrapper.
• Load and unload product.

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end‑to‑end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Utility Operators to support operations.

Shift Options:

12 Hour Rotating Days, 5am - 5pm (D2 shift)

One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.

What You Will Do
