Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Production Operators for our New Richmond, Wisconsin location to join our manufacturing team. You will contribute to creating high-quality products that meet customer needs and support ongoing production operations.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour or commensurate with experience, stable hours, a full benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off.

• Report to your workstation at the agreed upon time
• Complete all documentation accurately using good documentation practices
• Other duties as assigned

Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Production Operators to join our team and support operations. As a Production Operator, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to the creation of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, but we also welcome those who are excited to start their career in this industry and are willing to learn.

Phillips-Medisize offers competitive pay, starting at $19.00 per hour or commensurate with experience, stable hours, job security, career advancement, and a full benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, three weeks of paid time off, holidays, and more! Our facility is climate controlled and has a comfortable work environment.

Shift Options:

8 Hour First Shift, 7am to 3pm

8 Hour Second Shift, 3pm to 11pm + 8 % shift pay premium

12 Hour Rotating Days, 5am to 5pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) – With a +4% shift pay premium

12 Hour Rotating Nights, 5pm to 5am (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) – With a +14% shift pay premium
