Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a production worker to perform manual tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, lifting, pushing, and raking. The role includes learning to operate equipment like skid steers, backhoes, pavers, and rollers, under supervision to maximize production while adhering to safety guidelines.

The successful candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year related experience, with strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
