Job summary

Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. in Troy, NY is seeking a hands-on equipment operator who will perform a variety of manual tasks including shoveling, sweeping, lifting, pushing and pulling, and will learn to operate skid steer, backhoe, pavers, rollers.

Under supervision, you will operate production equipment, troubleshoot issues using SOPs, and adjust equipment to maximize production while adhering to OSHA and MSHA safety standards. Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year related experience.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Proven ability to operate production equipment and follow safety standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations and time management skills.
