Job summary

Martin Marietta seeks a hands-on equipment operator to perform manual tasks and operate heavy machinery across our production sites. The role involves shoveling, sweeping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and learning to operate skid steers, backhoes, pavers, and rollers in a safety-driven environment.

Under supervision, you will adjust equipment for optimal output, follow SOPs, and handle additional duties to support the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year related experience.
• Production equipment operation.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Time management.
