Martin Marietta in Ohio is seeking a hands-on general laborer to perform manual tasks including shoveling, sweeping, lifting, pushing and pulling, plus learning to operate equipment such as a skid steer, backhoe, pavers and rollers. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to procedures.

Under supervision you will operate production equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, adjust settings for production, and take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year related experience with production equipment.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Time management skills.
