Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain chilled water, steam, and compressed air systems and related equipment.
• Work with others to ensure reliable utility service and optimal performance.
• Record readings, complete logs, and prepare reports as needed.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Maintain clean work areas and tools according to University standards.
• Adhere to safety codes and university guidelines in all tasks.
