Work Schedule

Weekly rotating shifts: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (afternoons), 3rd shift (midnights)

Production Responsibilities

• Perform all jobs within the department, assist with bagfitter changes, hauling barrels and supplies
• Check mailbox for updates, follow production schedule, operate equipment
• Assist line operators, ensure cleanliness and safety, manage barrels and supplies

Sanitation

• Assist with cleanups, equipment assembly, and maintain GMP standards

Quality

• Ensure product quality, proper seals, correct dates, and supplies

Safety

• Follow safety rules, use LO/TO procedures, be aware of machinery and forklift traffic

Lifting Requirements

Moderate – handles medium material frequently (20-80 lbs), heavier in awkward positions

Working Conditions

Variable temperature, noisy, dusty, sometimes wet environment with well-guarded machinery

Training

Expected competence after three months, possibly six if inexperienced
