We are looking for Utility Operators to work in Metro and Rural Minnesota, including outlying areas. Preferred experience (but not required) includes operating larger vehicles with robotic equipment that require a Class B driver’s license. Please apply even if you do not meet all knowledge-based requirements. We seek team members with a positive attitude, a self-starter mentality, and enjoy working outdoors in Minnesota's four seasons (employees are not required to work in extreme weather conditions, such as extreme cold).

The role involves managing and maintaining equipment that requires mechanical skills, computer literacy, and clear communication. Training is provided in-house. This position is based in Mankato, MN, about an hour southwest of the Twin Cities metro area. Physical requirements:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly and cope with varying weather conditions across Minnesota’s four seasons.

Hours:

• Generally 40+ hours per week
• Start times between 6:00 am and 8:00 am, depending on location
• Occasional after-hours work
• Typically no weekend work
• Approximately 25% overnight stays in hotels or motels
