Position Overview

NaturPak is a global leader of TetraPak Recart and producer of premium broth products. The utility operator provides coverage for several different classifications within NaturPak.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various general/manual labor duties on a frequent basis.
• The ability to relieve or substitute for the plant positions of Cook, Assistant Cook, R2 Operator, Floor Assistant, Quality Technician, Retort Operator, and Case Pack Operator.
• Must be flexible and open to working in any department at any time during the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must perform duties of a Utility Operator in a safe manner.
• Perform duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or plant manager.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to work in all work environments.
• Ability to follow job procedures and operating procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills.
