Description

Summary: Review and verify the quality and quantity of products online. Assist in preparing and adjusting equipment on assigned production lines. Follow daily directions from the Line Lead regarding work assignments, position rotation, changeover tasks, training needs, and daily tasks including break rotations during each shift.

Essential Functions

• Behavior: Exhibit teamwork, cooperation, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Attendance: Be present for scheduled work hours.
• Safety: Comply with all safety rules and report issues promptly.

Assist with production start-up inspections, monitor line operation and product quality, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Follow pallet stacking patterns and verify accuracy of production tickets. Support line changeovers, learn quality testing procedures, and document quality checks. Maintain GMP compliance, keep work areas clean, and make minor machine adjustments. Support continuous improvement efforts and analyze real-time monitors to resolve issues. Develop knowledge of all production equipment and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

Work Experience: Minimum three months of production line manufacturing experience.

Physical Demands

• Standing & walking for 90% of the time, sitting 10%; lifting minimum 30 lbs.; pushing & pulling minimum 45 lbs.; repetitive wrist movements; climbing stairs/ladders; stooping, kneeling, bending; visual and auditory attention.
• Helpful but not critical: Ability to carry objects and reach.
