Utility Maintenance Worker - City of Corcoran

The Utility Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the City's public utilities and infrastructure. This includes supporting the safe and effective functioning of the Water Treatment Plant, water supply, wastewater, and storm sewer systems.

The role involves performing heavy equipment operation, operating power tools, and performing physical labor as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Class D water and SD wastewater license or ability to obtain within 2 years.
3. At least 2 years of experience operating power tools, trucks, and heavy equipment, including vehicle and equipment maintenance.
4. MN Class A Driver's License (CDL) with tanker and airbrake endorsement, and a DOT Medical Card; or a MN Class B CDL with tanker and airbrake endorsement, with the ability to obtain a Class A license and a DOT Medical Card within twelve months.
