Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a Utility Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repair of building systems. Responsibilities include painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work, with knowledge of HVAC.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime possible; pay rate $45.72 per hour. Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the United States; 2–3 years experience recommended. EOE.

About the Role

Utility Maintenance Mechanics will perform general maintenance and repair of the building’s systems and associated equipment.

• Painting,

• Electrical Work.

They will also carry general knowledge of HVAC systems and complete other tasks requiring non-specialty tools. The Utility Mechanics will provide essential coverage during peak operating hours at the facility.

Shift Time: Monday -Friday (40hrs per week) with posibility of overtime

Pay Rate: $45.72 per hour

You Should Have

• Must be willing to perform a background check
• Must be eligibile to work in the United States
• 2-3 years experience is reccomended
