Job summary

Donohoe Construction Company is seeking a Utility Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repair of the building’s systems and equipment at our Washington area facilities. The role covers painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electrical work, with a basic HVAC awareness.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential overtime. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check. 2–3 years experience recommended.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Ability to perform multiple trades (painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical).
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and essential coverage during peak hours.

Responsibilities

Utility Maintenance Mechanics will perform general maintenance and repair of the building’s systems and associated equipment.

• Painting,
• Carpentry,
• Plumbing,
• Masonry,
• Electrical Work.

They will also carry general knowledge of HVAC systems and complete other tasks requiring non-specialty tools. The Utility Mechanics will provide essential coverage during peak operating hours at the facility.

Shift Time: Monday -Friday (40hrs per week) with posibility of overtime

Pay Rate: $45.72 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be willing to perform a background check
• Must be eligibile to work in the United States
• 2-3 years experience is reccomended
