  • Research, interpret, and communicate PG&E’s land rights for hydroelectric facilities and related lands.
  • Coordinate with internal clients and external parties to obtain and clarify rights for hydro operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Review requests for third-party use of hydro lands, including encroachments and access needs.
  • Prepare or coordinate documents for easements, permits, licenses, leases, and other land-related instruments.
  • Identify and resolve unauthorized uses, encroachments, and property management concerns.
  • Gather land records, maps, and project documentation to support decisions and timely work.
