What You'll Need

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, and signs
• Willingness to learn; training provided
• Ability to safely operate shovels, brooms, chipping hammers, walk-behind skidsteers, concrete saws, loaders, sweepers, brick saws, water hoses, air hoses, sledgehammers, air lances, and other equipment
• Ability to work at heights up to 250 feet and in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to walk over rough surfaces, climb ladders and stairs, bend, push, pull, work in awkward positions and confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds
