Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC in Chesterfield County, Virginia is seeking a capable site supervisor to lead crews, read plans, and uphold safety and quality on construction projects.

You will coordinate with the Project Management Team to meet budget, schedule and production goals, supervise staff, and ensure paperwork and compliance are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

For this role the base hourly range is $30.00-$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
