Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking a skilled field supervisor to lead crews on construction projects in Virginia. The role focuses on coordinating work, adhering to plans, safety standards and schedules to keep projects on track.

You will report to the Project Management Team, supervise staff, manage costs, ensure quality, and maintain strong relationships with customers and coworkers. A minimum of 3 years' experience and successful completion of required screenings are expected.

For this role the base hourly range is $35.00-$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
