Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking a qualified construction supervisor to lead crews on active projects in Virginia. You will supervise crew operations, coordinate with the Project Management Team, and drive safety and efficiency to meet cost, schedule and production goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of field supervision experience, can read plans and specifications, and communicate effectively with site personnel and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision or leadership roles.
• Read plans and have working knowledge of standards and specifications.
• Able to organize, plan and schedule work.
• Ability to communicate with employees, vendors, inspectors, owners’ reps.

• Must be willing to perform all related tasks to support projects.

For this role the base hourly range is $25.00-$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
