Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC, based in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead crews on transportation and heavy civil projects. You will read plans, organize work, and coordinate with the Project Management Team to meet cost, schedule, and safety goals.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, and the willingness to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. U.S. work authorization required.

For this role the base hourly range is $30.00-$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
